(In case of non-payment, give reason.)

Approx. RM 63.- per ward according to non-forfeitable income, which may vary.

Note: § 1712 Civil Code

9. Have you any further remarks to make?
Due to the racial classification of the children, unfortunately, it is not possible to do anything else at present: Herr Polizeipräsident, Hamburg, has informed me that on the orders of the Reich Interior Minister, due to the war, it is necessary to reduce administration work and such petitions will not be dealt with until further notice, and has returned the documents which had been sent to him.

In agreement with the Hamburg Jewish Religious Association, I consider it neither permissible nor advisable to approach the Gestapo, Headquarters Hamburg, conceming the treatment of Irene Sara as 'Mischling', first degree. When the Gestapo notified the previous guardian, via the Jewish Religious Association, that they would recognize Irene Sara as 'Mischling' , first degree providing, this could be certified, this information was based on the notification of racial classification of the grandfather Arthur Eckler, on 6th December 41, where he was declared 'Mischling', first degree.

Signed:

Hamburg, 25th November 1942

Dr. Hugo Israel Möller

Guardian

The position has now changed decisively because this racial classification was revoked on 5th October' 42 and grandfather Arthur Eckler is now a Jew.
